About Us
The Faraja Farijika Foundation support center for orphans & Street children is located in Rau Moshi, Tanzania (Nearby Rafiki backpackers Uhuru museum and back yard hostel Along side Deo hostel ) .it was founded by Wilfred Peter Shayo in January 2015.it is register non-government organization(NGO). The center provides care to orphans and street children through various services including schooling (nursery, primary and secondary education) ,shelter, food, clothing, health care, counselling and social care services.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower children by object the provision of a number of services including ;Residentialcare education ,the uncle and aunt project, community economic support groups (CESG’s)Research project, outreachprograms, health education project(OHEP-HIV/AIDS).
Our Vision
We believe that orphans and street children will be the generation that will be lost and have a generation with children who have a positive impact on society
Our Belief
We believe that orphan’s and street children will be a lost generation if something is not done to help them now. If they are not given access to education they won’t gain the skills required to support them them selves as adults and likely to become criminal as means of survival.
‘We believed that all children have rights? They have right to clean water, food, heath care, a roof over their heads and clothing to wear.
When children fail to fulfill their full potential it is a loss ton themselves, theircommunities’, the nation and the world as a whole. It is our responsibilityto help them develop into well-adjusted adults with a sense of purpose. Only byworking with the children, families, communities, and organization and government authorities can we address the root causes behind the issues. We believe that in our commitment to help we will give them that chance.
